Paul’s spiritual quest started at around the age of 30; whilst soul searching, a meditation group that he had joined, had changed his life forever. He was guided to visit India 6 times, with this group; as a raj yogi and left them after, to study various styles of crystal healing. From there Paul was guided into 15 methods of massage therapies and practiced various styles of Hatha Yoga. Along with this awareness, worked as a practicing clairvoyant and medium for many years. Audrey is an author, public speaker, physiotherapy lecturer and business entrepreneur. With her 1980 Toronto Bachelor of Science Degree; Audrey offers her services to seniors, in their homes. She and her common law partner Carol, will be celebrating their 20th anniversary this April. Originally an Armenian American citizen and her mother from Detroit. Born on December 12th 1974 in Šumperk of the Czech Republic.                        Maria Charalampidou immigrated to Greece, in the 1983 and with her family, who now live in Thessaloniki. Maria decided in the 1999 to move into her families summer home; in the suburbs, with her animals and at walking distance to,  Veryia Beach in Halkidiki. From the northern parts of Greece and just east of Thessaloniki; on the westernmost peninsula of 3 and named after the profit Cassandra. It is also well known, for being Aristotle’s birth place. In this Mediterranean forest, that gives way to pebble and sandy beaches, Maria has found her sanctuary. Here she has her home and on a piece of land, where she grows her very own fruits and vegetables; including turmeric and other herbs and spices. While on the beach her friend’s boat awaits for the adventure; to catch some fish and maybe an octopus or two.  Maria in the Early 1990’s was a Shish Kebob business owner on the Veryia Beach Boardwalk called Mama Mirka. This is where all the tourists gather in the summer time. During the off season is where she would be training children to ride her horses Lupita and Layla.  As a horse breeder the experience of living with horses and riding them on the beach is something I truly admired about Maria. Her freedom however came with great responsibility to own such beautiful creatures and where the olive groves consume the stables on a dirt road path.  Along with her horses she has Pepik, an African Grey parrot and while mushroom hunting has been known to find instead a few stray dogs that she can save by adopting them. Her cats absolutely love resting on strewed pieces of olive bark from on her property.

In 2018 she started up another business with her woodcarving craft, from drift wood found on the beach; whilst creating beautiful pendants and other wood sculpting creations. during the rainy and winter days.

 Born in Lisbon, Portugal Feb 5th, 1967; his father was south African from his mother’s side who originated from Angola. In Portugal his father attended the Sporting soccer academy, as a youth and played on the Sporting Club of Portugal team, for a few years. Got married and went into banking. In 1972 Joe’s father with very little English two children and a wife; had decided to immigrate to Canada. Joe at the time was 5 and his sister Paula was 2. Joe’s father became a welder and they moved into a beautiful home in Scarborough. Joe lived there until he met a girl at the age of 18 and had decided to start a family of his own.

He later moved on from Scarborough and traveled further east again to Orona Clarinton and then to Whitby after a few marriages had 4 sons and to add to his father bearing years, an extra 2 daughters that he married into. For the past 15 years somewhere in Oshawa and where he owns a house in the north part of Adelaide’s, east end of Oshawa Ontario.

As a semi retired cashier Cosco employee; working through departments and for the past 4 years now. A few years back Joe was diagnosed for severe depression and suicidal thoughts. Once he started testosterone replacement therapy he was able to go back to work again.

It makes Joe happy to be a night stocker, tire centre tech, propane station guy. He loves walking 15 to 25km a day, lots of heavy lifting and pushing 800 to 1,000 lbs of carts out on the lot; because in his mind he is getting paid for all this physical work.

Joe is not out to change anyone's views or opinions; but he now feels more alive than ever doing what he does as he gets paid for doing so.

Since his recovery from depression Joe has been working on improving his health and fitness.
