Since the election, I've been on edge. The amount of pain I've been feeling in the collective was getting to the point where I found myself on the verge of a mental breakdown. Spirit speaks to those who listen and when you're told to go on a spontaneous trip to Costa Rica and leave in 4 days, you go. As I've been working on deep sacral chakra healing, I've allowed myself to honor my journey and to trust the process as I go forth and heal my inner child. She was abused, pained, depressed, and lost. Years of repressed sexuality, body shame, and beliefs of unworthiness prevented me from living my fullest expression. As this latest solar eclipse gave me permission to release what no longer serves and asked me to stop playing small, I felt the need to be real and authentic by sharing some of my most inner secrets. I'm finally ready to release the shame and guilt about my life and my journey up until now. I know that my story and my journey will not only give permission for someone out there to step out of the spiritual closet and into the world, but it will also allow someone out there to release their inner shame and share their medicine with conviction. Allowing myself to surrender to the Divine Plan, I remained open and receptive to the guidance of my intuition and my highest expression. Leave it to Costa Rican butterflies and coming home with a gnarly spider bite on my ass to offer me the deep medicine my soul's been waiting for.

When you hear the call to explore the depths of your soul and experience new cultures and visit distant places, GO! All of my travels have been spontaneous. I've learned how to trust the Universe and the Divine Plan thanks to my travels over the years. I believe being a global citizen is part of our dharma. If you've been victimized, this is the chance for you to forgive and heal. You have the choice to choose your experience and to reclaim your power back. As you honor and embrace your inner child, you allow yourself to create your reality so that it may be in alignment with your highest and fullest expression. This is the call for you to be honest with yourself about your past and to honor the journey + trust the process as you go forth and unleash your destiny.

Welcome to this episode of the Sovereign Goddess Podcast. It's been a minute since we've last seen each other! Since then, a series of unfortunate events have erupted in the United States. As a Spiritual Healer + Intuitive, I've been feeling all the feels that have come with this experience. Doing my best to wrap my head around what's been going down, one of the things that has helped me get through it is the underlining message of A Course in Miracles, everything is love or a call for love ; what's real cannot be threatened and anything unreal doesn't exist. What's been real from these past few weeks is the beautiful solidarity amongst our brothers and sisters around the world. Without a doubt, it's been ugly and painful to watch the immoral decision that have occurred from our elected officials. We have been given the opportunity as spiritual beings to reconnect with our truth. In essence, we were made for this, if not, we wouldn't be here during this time. As a spiritual warrior, I know I've done this for lifetimes. Now though, I refuse to sit back and be silenced. In order for us to do our work here on this planet, we must make sure we are honoring ourselves and taking care of our minds, bodies, and spirits.

What's been getting me through these times is the truth that I can choose what this experience means to me. I'm allowing myself to choose the highest thoughts and really allow myself to feel them as they arise. To heal the world, we are called to step up as quantum activists. As we share our medicine, we must allow ourselves to honor the journey. What we are experiencing will only make us stronger than we already are. On this day of Imbolc, we honor the first light of the spring. As we arise from the darkness, Bridget reminds us to never back down. What we are experiencing is clearly the shaking before the awakening. As we are learning to look more within, we will come across our shadows + the parts of us we've repressed. Honor it as it arises. This is an opportunity to purge, find humility, and to embrace all facets of the human experience. We must remember that the Universe has our back and we will never be led astray when we are tuned in with our hearts. All of this is perfect. This is the call for us to honor ourselves and the world around us. We will conquer this battle. All that is required of us is to come together in unity and to appreciate and honor our differences.

For external use in assisting me with speaking + writing, I love my quartz beauties, and my blue kyanite.

Every morning I sit down to write my morning pages, which for me, looks like free-writing for about 2-3 pages, or until my mind is fresh + clear, and I'm feeling a sense of energetic direction for the day. Then, there's tea. When I'm really on my game, I'm up before the sun so I can chant and write before my little guy wakes up.

Cultivating my sexual energy through my Jade + Yoni egg practice helps me tap into my own Divinity + Alignment. I feel so full, so rich, and so spiritually wealthy when I am steady with my practice. To feel so deeply satisfied, and magnetic. It also helps me to stay in touch with the creative cycles and astrological rhythms and to adjust how I manifest, accordingly.

This question rocks. My Yoni is more sensitive, toned, and orgasmic than it was before I gave birth to my son. Now, to be clear, after birth it was stretched and numb. The opening process is a natural part of birth, but blessed are vaginas with their natural elasticity; they strengthen and tone just like any muscle. We can heal the postpartum stigma that 'birth ruins you' by sharing our stories, and sharing the healing practices that all women deserve access to. Birth made me a more direct, confident, and ecstatic lover. Birth activated my cervix. Birth set me onto the deepest healing path I've yet to walk: parenthood.

To be an embodiment ofLove, Truth, and Compassion while living in alignment with one's Highest Self + Highest Good. To cease seeking external validation and approval, but rather to be the Source, and the well-spring for all the spiritual wealth that abounds.

I'm committed to my healing path + my process, and to creating Heaven on Earth by my presence and ability to surrender to Divine direction, even when it surprises me or doesn't make sense to the rational mind. I'm interested in digging to the root of my soul desires, and bringing them to fruition, for my highest good and for the collective good. I know that my life is a gift, and that my fulfillment is an offering.

You came here holding the torch of your ancestral line, and it's not your job to be perfect, but rather to carry that torch as far into the heart of unconditional Love as you can.
