Growing up, I found it very hard to fully understand what traits I should take on and bring forward if I wanted to be a real man. In the end, this led to me being very insecure in my masculinity and sense of self. Researching the podcast I found out that this is actually quite a regular occurrence and is well known in the world of psychology.
