Sometimes you just have to take a leap of faith, roll the dice, and go for it, stop overthinking every single step before your feet even move.
This business of worrying all the time? It gets you nowhere. Things are going to happen… or they’re not. Who knows? Who cares? Life has always been a bit of a mystery, and maybe that’s the point.
I once saw it scribbled across the back of a boat in Pensacola, just sitting there rocking back and forth in the marina: “Paradise Found — No Worries.” The paint was a little chipped, sun-faded from seasons of salt air, but the message was clear. That boat wasn’t in a hurry, it trusted the tide.
Maybe that’s the lesson for us.
You can’t steer a boat that’s still tied to the dock, and you can’t move forward if you’re anchored to fear. At some point you’ve got to untie the lines, push away, and let the current meet you halfway.
Remember, the worries of tomorrow never got anything done today. Action does. Faith does. Showing up does.
So take the chance. Make the call. Start the plan. Say the words.
