In 2014, The Spaniard welcomed Beneil Dariush to the UFC when the two met in Beneil's first UFC appearance. Beneil won. Nevertheless, now Spanny welcomes Beneil to the podcast to talk about his life journey, beginning in Beneil's home country of Iran. Their chat might well leave you thinking "If anyone had to defeat The Spaniard, I'm glad it was Beneil." Because the guy has heart—for his family, for others (you'll hear about his missionary work in Haiti) and for combat sports. Beneil wonders at his own thirst for fighting and his love of breaking opponents and has finally concluded "God uses even the worst part of me." That's rare depth and spirit. Enjoy meeting Beneil.

An incredible and eye-opening book that will change the way you look the world. Cobalt fuels the current cellphone/tablet/laptop/electric car industries (as it's a necesity in all lithium-ion rechargeable batteries), and it's effect on the people of the Democratic Republic of the Congo has been debilitating. This book was hard to read at times because of the reality it shows, and that makes it even more important to read. You will think and feel differently after reading this book.

It's been years and years of building a business post-fighting, and the majority of that time I've spent digging and swimming upstream. It hasn't been easy.
