As veterans, most of us are set in our ways of looking at the world around us and believing that whats put in front of us is just the way that life is. The VA gives us these skittles to mask our mental illnesses and the world tells us that those skittles are the only option we have to get better. What if I told you there was an alternative? Well our guest today, Austin Browning, a Marine I served with calls in talks with me about personal growth, meditation, psilocybin mushrooms and other types of psychedelics that work wonders for enlightenment and helping veterans combat ptsd and other mental ailments. She talks to us about sexual harassment amongst service members and how her experience with it affected her life. Regardless of the serious topic during this interview we still had a lot of fun and even shared a few shots of some awesome whiskey.
