In a heartbreaking few days, the world lost Sly Stone (June 9), Brian Wilson (June 11), and Joan Sarro learned during the live broadcast of The Spin Evolution that Douglas McCarthy of Nitzer Ebb passed away today, June 11. All artists shaped her and many in different and profound ways, she pays tribute to all. Perhaps in a parallel universe they're making transformative music together. Sigh. RIP.
