I wanted to do something for you during this time of high anxiety because it can leave you feeling out of control (hence the food hoarding and toilet paper buying). This type of behavior is usually what happens when you feel this way. It gives you a false sense of security and like you have some kind of control over the situation. 

Well truthfully you do...and it starts with three super important spiritual tools that you need to utilize now!

1) Mindset - It all begins with a mindset. There's a lot that goes into an event like this and it's not physical. There are a lot of Universal Laws that are in play. And when you understand how those things work, you can actually create a very different experience for yourself. This is an energy update! And right now there are TWO very important things you need to know:

Code of Ethics - It's also common when you are developing your abilities sometimes to see things about other people. Some good and some not so good. In this class I also talk about what to do with this information once you receive it.

Negative Energy - When you are learning to work with your abilities, it's important to learn how "not to" align with negative energies because it can be a natural and even easy connection to make. This means it can happen to anyone who's developing their abilities. But it can cause a lot of issues. However, there are simple ways to avoid doing this.
