Today’s episode isn’t just about being positive and being in a good mood all the time to hopefully get what you want. Manifesting is so much deeper than that! 

This is real talk about real life and how to manifest what you desire with actionable steps, finally!

It's okay with me if this ruffles some feathers; in fact, I expect it will....

Yes, I said it. 

I need you to understand this: There is something sacred about your desires. They were placed on your heart by your higher power and your higher self. Your spirit knows that your desires are meant to be in your experience. They are sacred and meant to be kept close to the heart. 

Don't get me wrong, I am not saying your loved ones don't support you. In fact, it's likely the opposite! They love you so much that they don't want you to get let down and waste your money - time -or energy on something they think will fail. 

They might not have the courage or the entrepreneurial spirit you do! So they will try to keep you safe. And as harsh as it may sound, they may not have your best interest at heart…jealousy can wreak havoc on goals and dreams. 

And remember how last week we talked about decision-making? Their decision that your thing won't work might be stronger than your decision (at the moment) that it will. 

Do you really want someone else energy to weigh your dreams down when it takes so much work to lift them up?

I get deeper into the subject of who to tell and who not to. What to tell and what not in today's episode! 

What would it be like to be in constant contact with your intuition? To know and trust the decisions you're making? To feel guided instead of pushing against the grain? 

I invite you to book a session with your spirit team and I! Ask them questions, connect with yourself on the deepest level, and experience the  bliss of your spirit team!

Can we just talk about how manifesting is a whole ass art? Like it's an art, a skill, a power that, once learned, can not be taken from you! 

But be careful, because you're constantly making decisions, and they aren't always in your favor. What do I mean?

Well, think about it, Babe! What happens when you say, "Ugh, it's going to be a sh*itty day! Traffic is going to be terrible, Karen is totally going to be "Karening," and I know today is going to suck."

Then….as predicted, THE DAY SUCKS. It's not that you made traffic appear or that you made Karen be a Karen…. it's that you made an internal decision, and then your brain looked for those experiences. 

So anytime you fully make a decision, feel it, and KNOW IT, it will undoubtedly happen. 

In contrast….be careful to detach! Obsessing creates an energy of lack, resistance, and just ew for the universe (and people). 

So, let's dive deep into attachment, decision-making, detachment, and obsession in this and other areas of our lives, shall we?

Manifesting is literally one decision away. The brain doesn't know the difference between what you tell it (with a connected emotion) and what it's actually experiencing. This is why manifesting is an art! Once you learn the true vibe of deciding, you will know each time if you're going to manifest or not.

This year, I felt like an imposter trying to show up for my readers and listeners. I was totally out of alignment with my spiritual practice, what served me, and my higher self. For the first time since I was a kid, I let someone else tell me who I was, and I started to believe them. 

The crazy thing is that I saw it, I felt it, but I didn't feel strong enough to stop it. I am grateful for my spiritual practice because I am not sure that I would have made it through 2024 without it.

What type of meditation should you be doing?

I have a confession: I wasn't always a fan of mediation. In fact, I didn't know a thing about it or why I needed to do it! I finally gave it a try when I hit a point in my life where my intuitive gifts were taking over, and I could no longer control them. I was also severely depressed and had no idea that depression and unmanaged gifts often go hand in hand! 

Once I decided that I was no longer available to feel the way I did, I went all in on figuring out how to become a happier and more intuned version of myself. 

That's when "the work" began, and I started to dabble with the thought of meditation! 

That "self-work" led me deep down the spiritual rabbit hole, and within six months, I became a totally different person—someone unrecognizable. Someone I finally loved and adored for the first time in my life. 

The thing is, whether it was personal work or my intuitive work, I still had to sit with myself, be with my emotions, feel my body, and look at the sh*t I didn't want to look at. 

In other words, I had to meditate. I had to be still. 

I had no clue what I was doing when it came to meditating! What kinds of meditations should I do for each thing? 

Here's the thing: It is all interconnected! Your intuition will guide you deeper into the self, and as you self-reflect, your intuition will open up. Either way, you will be raising your vibration!

How To Find Yourself Again 

How well do you know yourself? You might think you know yourself better than anyone or that, of course, you know you….you ARE YOU. I want to challenge this belief and tell you that with every season of life, a new you is born while integrated patterns and versions of the past still play a significant role. 

In my 20s, I realized I never knew who I was and that I was always living life as a version of myself that I thought would make other people more comfortable. 

I chose to get to know myself through inner work, meditation, healing my inner child, and forgiveness of myself and others. I was and still am so proud of that work because, at the time, I didn’t have a mentor and had no clue what I was doing or where it would take me. 

The day I realized that I couldn’t even say “I love you” to myself in the mirror broke my heart, but opened it up at the same time. I realized at that moment that I had a significant amount of work to do, so I went all in. 

Since then, I have become a mother and a business owner and have had many life successes, challenges, and failures. It is said that every seven years, we become a new version of ourselves and reawaken (hopefully at a higher level). Fun fact: Did you know that you are, in fact, an entirely new body every seven years? It’s nerdy but pretty cool if you’re interested! 

All of this to say I’ve been awakening, shedding layers, healing, and rediscovering myself over the past year. It’s been just as hard, if not harder than it was the first time, but still, the goal remains the same. Do the work and find my best version again so I can help others do the same. 

A common theme with myself and clients lately has been deep inner child work, specifically with the teenage/adolescent versions of ourselves. As we all know….teenagers aren’t for the weak…, and neither is this phase of healing. 

It’s about lasting growth, discipline, rebellion, and fully becoming the you that you were meant to be UNAPOLOGETICALLY so that those who are meant to connect with you can find and be with your most authentic version. 

When you show up authentically and know and love who you are, there is a big mental weight that is lifted when you aren’t playing a character in your own life anymore!
