Panic/Anxiety Attacks are Suppressed Fear arising to the surface of awareness that the psyche is not ready or able to process yet. Through emotional integration you can begin to reclaim your life and ultimately be done with it forever.

As you do the work and ascend higher and higher you can afford less to lapse into unconsciousness. The higher and more refined your core vibration gets the more detrimental it becomes to make bad choices. You will need to monitor your thoughts, Words, & Deeds now more than ever.

I've said it before and I'll say it again: this is THE incarnation of ALL incarnations. This is the big ticket, the big show. For those of you signed on to the Ascension Path you have chosen to take on and burn through all your karma in one single incarnation.

Those of you who are Front Runners on the leading edge of spiritual awakening and Slated to achieve full integration will be given the gift of Instantaneous Manifestation. Eventually, all will have this ability. The quicker you burn through your Suppressed karmic emotional density the quicker you will be able to wield this ability.

You can't speed up your Ascension, but you can go at your maximum speed, which most people are not doing. This is through getting good at Surrendering and feeling, over and over again. Through the process of emotional integration.

The future of the world is inconceivable. We are in for something so amazing, so beautiful, so breathtaking, that you could never conceive of it!
