This past Sunday we looked at Matthew 6:16-18 and spent our time exploring the theme of Lent and fasting. Everyone was encouraged to fast on some sort of capacity - whether it's a traditional weekly food fast, or fasting from technology or something else, this is a great practice that ties us into the global and historic church. - Sermon from 2/27/2022
