Our first story of hope this week is found in 1 Samuel 1.  It is the story of a woman named Hannah who was unable to have children.  She prays to God and ends up changing the course of her life and of an entire nation.  Music from audionautix and relaxdaily. Used with permission.

The Bible is full of real life examples of people who had problems and issues. Most of the heroes of our most beloved Bible stories are normal, every day people.  People with flaws, who wrestled with uncertainty, disappointment, burnout, and a myriad of emotions.  They all, like us, had baggage and issues.  This week on the podcast, we will be focusing on the stories of four Bible characters: Hannah, David, Solomon, and Jesus.  Stay tuned for our first story on January 12.

The Lord is coming with power and justice! He will rescue His chosen people.
