Israeli Abroad Rafi Menco joined The Sports Rabbi to talk about his new basketball adventure in France with Elan Chalon after starring in Israel over the past number of years. We also discuss how he has been acclimating to his club, teammates, city and of course the Jewish Community while being an ambassador for the State of Israel!

Elan Chalon coach Julien Espinosa also comes on board the program as he explains what Rafi Menco’s role will be on the team, expectations for the upcoming season and the club’s history and place in French basketball.

The Sports Rabbi welcomed Paul Harris of the San Angelo Standard-Times who gave us some great insight about Maccabi Tel Aviv’s new guard Chris Jones who graced the courts in Turkey last season while having played at Angelo State.
