In this message, we look at Isaiah 40:3–5 and the prophetic picture of preparing the way for the King. God wants to prepare His people to encounter His glory and to be ready for the return of Jesus.
The valleys will be lifted, the mountains brought low, the crooked places made straight, and the rough places made smooth. God wants to transform our faith, pride, thinking, relationships, finances, and private lives so that we can walk in His ways.
Jesus is coming back. We don't have to wait until then to get ready.
Prepare the way. Repent. Pursue Jesus. Make room for His glory.

There are moments in life when we're in the middle of a war and we need to fight.
In 1 Samuel 30, David and his mighty men returned home to find their city burned and their families taken captive. Everything seemed lost, but David strengthened himself in the Lord and went to war.
As believers, we face a spiritual enemy who seeks to deceive, tempt, intimidate, oppress, and accuse us. But we have not been left powerless. Through the blood of Jesus, the Word of our testimony, worship, and the power of the Holy Spirit, we can stand against the enemy.
The battle may be real, but the victory belongs to Jesus. Just as David recovered everything the enemy had taken, Jesus came, died, and rose again to defeat sin, death, and the devil.
Don't get stuck in your Ziklag. God has more for you.

Can we still struggle with sin as Christians? Sin is real, but the good news is that grace abounds more.
Legalism tells us to fix ourselves and earn acceptance. Licentiousness tells us sin doesn't matter and we don't need to change. But biblical grace does something different: Jesus forgives us, transforms us, and gives us freedom from sin.
We don't have to hide our failures, but we also aren't called to make peace with sin. Through Christ, we are made new and empowered to live differently.
Sin doesn't get the final word. Jesus does.

What do we do when we know we've failed?
In Romans 5:20, Paul reminds us that where sin abounds, grace abounds even more. We don't have to hide our failures, pretend to be perfect, or try to earn God's forgiveness through good works. Jesus has already done what we could never do for ourselves.
This message explores the difference between legalism, licentiousness, and biblical grace, reminding us that grace doesn't ignore sin—it gives us the freedom and power to overcome it.
Like the prodigal son, we can come home, receive the Father's forgiveness, and be clothed in the righteousness of Christ. We may fail, but because of God's grace, we are not failures.
Grace isn't "do, do, do."
It's "done, done, done."

There is more to following Jesus than simply knowing the right doctrine. God has given His people the Holy Spirit and supernatural power to live in freedom, walk in victory, and be witnesses of Christ.
In this message from 2 Kings 4:1–7, we see a woman with seemingly nothing left but a little oil and God miraculously multiplied what she had. The oil points us to the Holy Spirit: His presence is available to every believer, and His power is greater than our circumstances.
Paul said he did not want the church to be ignorant concerning spiritual things. We are called to know the Holy Spirit, listen to His voice, and walk in His power rather than relying solely on our own strength, plans, and programs.
You were not meant to live the Christian life in your own power.
