Ministers sometimes for forget the basic purpose of their ministry. We forget where we came from. We need to attach ourselves to people in out churches to disciple them.  I know the Pastor is very busy but there are others in the church that we should encourage to teach other and disciple others in our church.  We were given a pattern of discipling lets use it. Amen

Be light  in darkness

As leaders of the church we receive gift to help build the faith of the church. As children we will tossed about here and there because we are new and not strong enough in our walk with Jesus.
