Another big episode this week! Luke dives deep once again and discusses the importance of staying in your own lane and not measure yourself up against other peeps. Listen in on how yoga continually teaches Luke some huge life lessons.
Big shout out to Creature Yoga in Byron Bay xx
Who do you have in your life that calls you out on your own bullshit? We are so quick to see faults, and even positive attributes of other people, but rarely are aware of our own. Luke is always asking a couple of those close to him that are honest, and open, with what Luke needs to work on. We all need this for any advancement in life. Your job is to separate the haters, with those of the opinions you trust. Be open to feedback!
Listen in & share the love x
