Tara Mahoney is a special guest on the Star Parent. I was her nanny for 8 years and we watched ourselves grow up together. What a blessing to have her share her personal story, her body image struggles, her yoga practices, dealing with abusive authority and creating a path for herself as doula. I am excited and slightly fueling my ego here. As a caregiver, I feel so much joy resting in knowing, that being part of a whole unit of caregivers we raised a confident person who faces the world with vulnerable authenticity.
