  • Michael Brody-Waite
Episode Title: How To Live Mask Free
    Monday 11am and 7pm
In this episode, we talk to Michael Brody-Waite (Author, Speaker & Advisor) as we discuss his journey through addiction, how it gives him a competitive in business, and why people should live mask-free. We also discuss his book Great Leaders Live Like Drug Addicts: How to Lead Like Your Life Depends on It
    **More On Michael**
At the age of twenty-three, Michael Brody-Waite was a full-blown drug addict. Every day he drank a fifth of vodka and a twelve-pack of beer, he smoked two packs of cigarettes and more weed than any human should, and he did whatever other drugs he could get his hands on. He had been kicked out of college, fired from his job, and evicted from his apartment. He had no money and no home, was throwing up blood, and believed he would be dead before his thirtieth birthday.

Then, on September 1, 2002, after running out of options and fearing death, he checked into rehab, entered recovery, and has been transforming himself every day since.

Michael’s TEDx Nashville YouTube video “Great Leaders Do What Drug Addicts Do” is the number one talk in the history of TEDx Nashville. It has been seen by over one million people in over twenty-five countries and provides insight into his seventeen-year journey from addiction and near homelessness to successful entrepreneurship. This talk sparked the #MaskFreeMovement and brought awareness to Michael’s Mask-Free Program, built on three principles inspired by his recovery, showing leaders how to achieve balance, reclaim energy, and thrive in work and life.

In 2010, Michael left a Fortune 50 company at the height of the recession to cofound and lead InQuicker, a healthcare SaaS company that allowed patients to self-schedule appointments online. Under his leadership, the organization grew to 20,000 percent revenue growth in less than six years. This exceptional growth landed InQuicker a spot on the Inc. 500 list of Fastest Growing Private Companies. Additionally, the organization was named one of the “Best Places to Work” four times and recognized as Healthcare Company of the Year. In 2015, InQuicker was sold to a publicly traded company. After selling his company, Michael served for three years as the CEO of the Nashville Entrepreneur Center, a 501c3 that helps over 2,000 entrepreneurs every year start or grow a business.

Michael is an acclaimed speaker, Inc. 500 entrepreneur, award-winning, three-time CEO, a leadership coach, and an author. His accomplishments include being named Most Admired CEO, named to the Top 40 Under 40, and being recognized by the Nashville Chamber of Commerce as Healthcare Entrepreneur of the Year.

Today Michael is on a mission to teach individuals, organizations, and communities how to lead themselves by living mask-free. In his personal time, he is focused on being the best husband, father, and recovering addict he can be. For more information, please visit www.MichaelBrodyWaite.com to learn how the Mask-Free Program can help you or your organization thrive.

  • Rich Razgaitis
    O n air Monday at 11 and 7pm.
Episode Title: How To Achieve The Refreshing Taste Of Entrepreneurship
In this episode, we talk to Rich Razgaitis (Co-Founder & CEO of FloWater) as we discuss how he started his company, what he looks for when turning around a company, and his passion to drastically reduce plastic water bottles.
    **More On Rich**
Rich “Raz” Razgaitis is the Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer of FloWater, where he leads the Denver-based company in its vision to create a new distributed and decentralized water
platform. The company is on a mission to disrupt the drinking water industry by delivering the best-tasting water in the world and eliminate single-use plastic water bottles and packaging
    waste.
FloWater has become the beverage of choice for such companies as Google, Red Bull, prAna, Oneill, Play Station, Specialized Bikes, Alaska Airlines and Xponential Fitness, as well as the
Oakland school system. Since the company launched in 2013, its proprietary, new-tech water Refill Stations have saved more than 130 million plastic bottles from the environment and is on
track to save over one billion plastic single-use bottles by 2022.
Razgaitis originated the concept and product development of FloWater and has scaled the brand significantly since its initial distribution in only one state: Today, FloWater Refill Stations
are used daily at over 5,000 hotels, schools, corporations, gyms, retailers and events in nearly 50 states. Razgaitis’ role is focused around financial and business strategy, investor relations,
team hiring and organizational development, product development, and strategic growth partnerships, while overseeing operational execution—from manufacturing to customer
service. He recently secured $15mm in Series B growth funding for FloWater. In 2019, FloWater was recognized as a “Top 500” company on the annual INC 5000 list of fastest-growing growing
    privately-held companies in America.
In his career, Razgaitis has been passionate about building brands and teams. Since 2002, he
has served in CEO/president-level roles in several venture capital-backed start-ups, privately
held turnaround, and growth companies, and he brings insight from those experiences to his
work today at FloWater. Razgaitis was the CEO of several consumer-tech companies, including
DealOn, an e-commerce company that developed the Web’s first deal-commerce exchange,
and another, MyTownPerks, which built the first PCI-complaint, the cloud-based loyalty program
for B2B. (Both companies were subsequently acquired.)
Razgaitis has deep experience in the consumer-goods industry, having led personal-care and
nutrition company Univera into fast growth, with revenues doubling from $35 million to $100
million per year. With a specialty in rebuilding brands, Razgaitis also restarted a privately held
consumer company, Blaine Pharmaceuticals, where he led product development and licensing
of a dozen new products and drove commercialization into over 30,000 food and drug stores
nationwide. He started his career in Fortune 500 companies, including Johnson & Johnson and
Eli Lily. Razgaitis grew up in the Midwest and holds a BA in marketing and an MBA in general
business and marketing from Anderson University.
When not working, you can find Razgaitis spending time with his two teenage daughters, where
he gets to refine his ‘dad jokes,’ or studying his Enneagram, volunteering with Defy Ventures,
which focuses on ending mass incarceration and recidivism or riding a motorcycle in the
summer and snowboard in the winter.
