He saw problems with the status quo in the hospitals he worked in, and started down a road of creating medical devices. It's been over 400 days since he last scrubbed in, and he doesn't plan on turning back. Spencer is in the process of moving his company back to Fayetteville after participating in two accelerators, and working as the Entrepreneur in Residence at the HUBx LifeSciences Accelerator in Little Rock, AR.
