In this episode we sit down and drop in with co-founder of Faces of the Future and co-host of our Podcast, Clifton Smith.  We discuss his journey of becoming a Quantumpreneur and how he helps fellow high performers tune into their own heart intelligence and find their own joy.

He talks about his personal transformation from being a logical, blunt, and goal oriented type of person to becoming a more balanced heart-centered, emotionally attuned man.

Clifton describes himself as a person who has always loved puzzles and business, having grown up in a family with several businesses. He initially pursued accounting and auditing but later became interested in entrepreneurship and discovered the importance of interpersonal dynamics in business success.

Clifton's transformation into a quantumpreneur was primarily influenced by his desire for more in life, including health and personal growth.

He mentions how he overcorrected by rejecting his left brain prowess and intelligence, resulting in a temporary period of unrestrained exploration of emotions and spirituality. He emphasizes the importance of maintaining and building upon the hard work and efforts of society in creating left brain dominant people or high performers, rather than completely rejecting it.

Clifton describes how he helps our clients balance their logical and emotional aspects of decision-making through an applied practical approach, a process Faces of the Future refers to as "titrated surrender" — emphasizing the importance of integrating qualitative and quantitative aspects into decision-making and personal development.
