Episode #32 // The Starved Rock Murders

 

In 1960, 3 women from Chicago would go to Starved Rock for a weekend getaway. On their first day, after lunch, they would go on a hike, never to be seen alive again. Their bodies would be found 2 days later, each woman having been beaten to death. A few months later, a dishwasher would be arrested after confessing to the murders, but he would immediately recant. Now, many years later, there are many questions about the evidence connecting him to the crime. What really happened that day at Starved Rock?
