Purdue comes up short in the national championship game, losing to UConn by 15. Zach Edey’s college career is over but man was it one for the ages. Coaches are choosing happiness over more money which we are all here for, especially if it keeps Painter at Purdue until he retires. Jaren tries his hand at Indiana trivia and got 15 out of 22, how many can you get?

The highs: the Boilers are headed to the national championship game!

The lows: Indiana State came up short in the NIT championship game and their coach left for St. Louis. We recap the men’s, women’s, and NIT final fours and then breakdown the national championship game on Tuesday!

THE PURDUE BOILERMAKERS ARE GOING TO THE FINAL FOUR FOR THE FIRST TIME SINCE 1980!

Purdue, NC State, UConn, and Alamaba are the final four, if UConn and Purdue win then we are set up for an incredible matchup between UConn and Purdue. Indiana State is playing in the semifinals of the NIT and have a chance to bring a second championship to the state of Indiana this year, after Trine won the D3 National Championship earlier this year. We will be back after the final four and then again after the National Championship game. 

The first weekend of the NCAA tournament is in the books and Purdue looked INCREDIBLE! They had 2 huge blowouts and are primed for a reunion with the teams they play in Maui next week. Butler’s season came to a close with a loss to Minnesota. Indiana State made the NIT Semifinals, Purdue Fort Wayne made the CIT semis, and Evansville made it to the CBI quarterfinals. We have 4 teams still playing and hopefully they all win their tournaments to join Trine as champions! We will be back next week with a recap of the sweet 16 and the elite 8!

For many people Sunday March 17, 2024 is St. Patty's Day. For us, its a different national holiday - Selection Sunday. We will be watching the show and giving live reactions as the official bracket is announced. Unfortunately, you can't watch the show with us on the stream, but you can listen to us watch the show. So that's pretty much the next best thing, right?

The Sycamores experienced heartbreak in the Arch Madness Championship and now have to sweat out Selection Sunday. Purdue clinched their second outright Big Ten regular season championship in a row! Indiana might be alive? Who knows, they won 4 straight and could be primed for a run in March. Sadly we had to say goodbye to a lot of our teams in the state since their seasons came to a close this week. At the end we break down some conference tournaments, come join us next Sunday at 5:45pm for a live selection show reaction on our Twitter and YouTube!

Purdue and Indiana State are conference champions! Purdue for the 4th time in 8 years and Indiana State won the MVC for the first time since 2000! Some of our teams are headed to conference tournaments next week. We break down which teams have a chance to make March Madness and which teams might be done next week. Season is winding down but we are just heating up!
