The Steady Personality is all about calm, cool, and collected. They like to be in the shadows instead of the spotlight.  They want a quiet life without being in the crowds that is a slow steady life. If you push a steady personality too much they can drag their feet and move at the sloths pace. the turtle in their mascot as in slow and steady wins the race.
