The Supreme Court will hear arguments today in Dobbs v Jackson Women's Health Organization, a case involving a Mississippi ban on all abortions after the 15th week of pregnancy. The decision in this case is expected much later in the Court's term. John flies solo on today's podcast, diving into the abortion debate, looking at the worldview implications. He highlights the shifting definition by the pro-abortion crowd of the baby in the womb. Human, alive, clump of cells? Maybe the fetus is a human, they state, but it's not a person. Once that definition is set, you've depersonalized the human and can then justify actions toward them. John also looks at how judicial precedence is being corrupted from the original intent of the law to conjure rights that aren't in the Constitution and deny ones that are.
