It gets really tough at this point, we know, but there are things you can do to get yourself out of the rut! Take breaks, study with others, but most of all don't let your vibes be deflated.

Giving it your all is always enough, and there's no in shame in asking for help or using your resources. Ladies, you're ready to crush this finals season!

You belong where you are and you are always worth it. If you ever feel down and dumb come talk to us and we'll hype you up! Stay as gorgeous and smart as you are, you're always deserving and worth it.

Goals can be intimidating...but there shouldn't be pressure in self improvement. Progress isn't linear and everyone grows at their own pace!! Explore soft resolutions with Ava and Emma, and learn how to be kind to yourself when setting expectations for the future. Comparison is the thief of joy, so try not to steal it from others OR yourself this year. Stay strong out there gals and please be kind to your mind!!

Introducing your new Steminist hosts for the 2025-26 school year! Meet Emma and Ava and get a glimpse of conference with our WE25 recap.

While we are in the heart of our academics, it is still important to nurture the other aspects of your life. It is totally normal to feel overwhelmed and often times discouraged by your classes, but it is important to remember that there are so many more things that you have to offer as an individual.

Throughout this episode, we break down some of the major branches or aspects of SWE. We briefly touch on some of the events they put on as well as their goals.

Her previous internship experience helps us answer questions like what the first day of your internship may look like, or how to plan your day out.
