The Stepback Podcast

There are teams pulling up at the Anthony Davis flea market with busloads of men and money to see if they can create the best deal to land the highly valued star! Also, I choose between the Knicks and the Mavericks as I decide which franchise I’d rather have going forward.

We discuss what the Rockets may be able to do to play better than .500, which they’ve done since January 3. We also look at how the playoffs would play out if there were no regard for conference!

Are the Rockets in real trouble? In this episode, we look at some of the more interesting games from the MLK weekend, and strong performances from some established and some emerging players.

I feel this is my most fun episode yet! Making my choice for all the midseason awards, and trying my hand at predicting the final layout of the East and the West! Also doing the norm, like looking at trades and game highlights.

In this episode I predict which team I think will be first to 41 wins and which team I think will be first to 41 losses. This episode is called “Face Swap” because we look at some trades that have taken place in the NBA, and some that are at least compelling to think about! We also look at the highlights from Spurs vs. Raptors, and Rockets vs. Warriors, and more from Jarrett Allen.

This is the first of a weekly/biweekly pod series about the NBA. In this episode, I simply get the series started by reviewing the standings in the NBA, and talking over some possible play off and trade scenarios. Enjoy!
