The Steve Bailey Show

Was a light week for yard sales due to the Memorial Day holiday but I found a holy grail piece and I can't wait to show it to you!

This was a busy weekend. 7 community sales across two days! In this episode I'm going to show you some crazy finds worth crazy money! I also give some tips on how I source books, how to deal with smoky video games and the coolest tech gadget I've seen in a while.

Sales are holding steady at over $500 each week. That's $2,000 a month or $24,000 a year with minimal expenditure of time! We had some pretty amazing finds at yard sales this week (including a great find from an ASK). If you're not asking, you'll not find. That simple.

Plus, I share some amazing money tips. If you're not getting 4% or better in your savings account, you have to watch this!

Sales took a little bit of a dip but still kept right around $500 for the week. This week, I talk about video games -- you can still find them at yard sales although the ones you REALLY want may be pricey. I'll talk about how you can still buy them if you want. Also, I show some pretty unique items I found this week.

Over $1000 in sales last week. An amazing find at the only yard sale I went to (in the rain) plus we talk about the coolest gaming gadget I've seen in forever. Plus, my new MMO find! A jam packed show.

Today, I show you what sold last week ($800+ in sales last week). We also talk about investing in precious metals. I show you all the amazing finds I had when I went yard sailing this week and how I turned a $5 box o' junk into $130 net profile (so far).

The episode is, as it always is, a recap of what sold this week and what new things did I pick up for next week? Also, it's the start of yard sale season and I've started sending more items off to Amazon. Let's talk about that.

Finally, if you're irritated that Twitter seems to be nothing but political nonsense, I found a SUPER EASY way to get all that negativity off your Twitter feed and make it something actually useful.

Not a terrible week for sales but some of it was special sales. I'll explain. Plushes are back in season and man did I find some interesting things.\

Also, we talk a little about taxes and the lessons I learned from having a stellar year last year.

Things are starting to slow down in sales... Probably because things are starting to slow in sourcing. But we are only 1 week away from the start of yard sale season!

Plus I do a quick tutorial on how to make sure you own your domain name if you're a small business owner.

P.S. Sorry for the terrible audio. I goofed on the audio this week.

Still had a good week of sales but a terrible week for new pickups. Multiple thrift stores, ZERO things worth buying. Plus Goodwill is gouging prices these days. So instead, let's talk about my new hobby - building a virtual pinball table!
