There is a significant danger to putting yourself in a box and labeling the outside with a specific description of its contents. When we do, we remove all desire for discovery and adventure by potential fans. So what should you do to acquire peoples interest? 

Happy Independents Day. Yes, I spelled it that way for a reason. So many consider "Independent" to be a negative word in the music business, one that carries with it a perceived perception of lesser value and quality. I disagree and think the title is a badge of honor.
