Listen Later

People have a lot of opinions, especially when it comes from a place of love. Eileen Robertson Hamra, the author of Simon and Schuster's published Time To Fly, is joining us to talk about the ins, outs, getting through to the next day, and eventually...back to life. Marie and Eileen are two women who have loved, lost, and been given the grace to not hold themselves to perfection but get through grief with as much grace as they could find. Today they both share their stories on stages across the country in an effort to ensure that no person thinks that they are going through grief 'the wrong way'.

Eileen Robertson is a lifestyle and business coach, author, educator, and inspirational speaker.  She is the CEO of Fit Together, LLC, a company committed to enabling women and families to live healthy balanced lives through lifestyle coaching and education. She is also a Founding Partner of Evolution Workforce. a unique Corporate Wellness Company focused on improving their bottom line by lowering healthcare costs, increasing productivity, reducing absenteeism, and improving morale and job satisfaction.

Other topics of discussion in this episode include the reason behind why Eileen found herself writing Time to Fly, forgiveness and finding ways forward, and finding love on the other side of loss.
