Luna sits at the sewing machine in the white room, the yellow dress waiting like a second skin. The note says to stitch a name into the dress to leave, or a face into the mirror to stay. As she begins the first stitch, the needle moves on its own, pulling thread from her own body. The dress becomes a door, and Luna steps through into a hallway of childhood doors, each one a memory she was never allowed to keep. She finds a door marked with her original name and opens it to a bedroom from a life she cannot remember. A toy rabbit sits on the bed, its button eyes reflecting a face that is not hers. Luna must decide whether to stay in the memory or cut the thread and return to the white room, knowing the scissors are still in her pocket.
