For individual liberty to be championed, government must be reduced.
We believe, as our founders did, that legitimate government operates
only by the consent of the governed, and is more efficient and less
corrupt when it is limited in its size and scope. When applied as written,
our incomparable Constitution provides important safeguards against
government encroachment, a vital separation of powers, and a necessary
system of checks and balances. Federalism, decentralized authority, and
the elimination of unnecessary regulations and bureaucracy help ensure
that government serves the people, and not the other way around. The
best protection against government largesse is an engaged and informed
electorate.

Individual Freedom
The birth of our great nation was inspired by the bold declaration that our
individual, God-given liberties should be preserved against government
intrusion. That same conviction informs our conservative policy decisions
still today. In America,we proclaim the self-evident truths that all of us are
created equal and granted by God the same inherent freedoms, such as
the natural and unalienable rights to life, liberty, conscience, free speech
and the free exercise of religion, and the ability to pursue happiness, own
property, build wealth and defend ourselves and our families. The
purpose of government is to secure these rights, and the ideas we
advance should always aim to maintain and increase the liberty of the
American people.

Inside the Digital Underworld: The Six Faces of Cybercrime.
Part One: Common Cybercriminals.
Let’s start with the first three. The script kiddie is the amateur hacker—often young, untrained, and just looking to cause chaos for the thrill of it. Then there is the scammer—you probably meet this one in your inbox. They hide behind online shopping, fake travel deals, and phishing schemes that trick you into giving up money or personal data. The third is the hacker group. These are collectives that design hacking tools. Sometimes they’re hired by corporations to test security systems, but others operate in the shadows, targeting weak systems for fame or profit. Always remember, their goal—whatever the type—is access, disruption, or data.
Part Two: Dangerous and Strategic Cybercriminals. 
Next, we have the hacktivist—driven by ideology, whether political or religious. They often attack governments or organizations to expose secrets or make a statement. Then comes the insider, usually a disgruntled employee. They are among the most dangerous because they already have access, knowledge, and motivation to cause harm. Finally, the state actor. These are professionals—government-backed cyber operatives conducting espionage or sabotage against other nations. They are highly skilled, well-funded, and relentless. In today’s world, the line between hacker, activist, and soldier is blurring—and that is what makes cybercrime one of the most complex and dangerous threats we face.

Alzheimer's Disease Awareness Month

During National Alzheimer's Disease Awareness Month, we recognize the immense toll this
devastating illness takes on millions of Americans and the families, friends, and caregivers
who love and care for them. We honor their strength and compassion, and we recommit to
advancing awareness and accelerating the research and innovation needed to prevent, treat,
and cure Alzheimer's disease.
There are an estimated 7 million Americans living with Alzheimer's disease, a heartbreaking
reality that affects families in every community. Confronting this disease requires renewed
commitment to the health and well-being of our people. Through the Make America Healthy
Again Commission, my Administration is taking decisive action to reform America's food,
health, and scientific systems to identify the root causes of the chronic disease epidemic.
We are also reinvigorating America's scientific enterprise to ensure our Nation remains the
global leader in discovery and innovation. To empower researchers to achieve breakthroughs
in science, such as a cure for Alzheimer's, my Administration is maximizing the impact of
federal research investments to reward results and accelerate progress. We are cutting
burdensome red tape so scientists can focus on discovery instead of bureaucracy, and we are
returning to Gold Standard Science to restore integrity, transparency, and accountability
across America's scientific establishment.
With the unmatched talent of America's scientists, innovators, and medical professionals, we
will continue advancing the search for a cure and improving the lives of those affected by
Alzheimer's. We stand with all who suffer from this disease and we remain steadfast in our
resolve to end this disease once and for all.
