After a week off The Stoop Kids are back with another best of the decade list. This time it’s all about the top TV shows of the 2010s. Before they get into it however there’s some news to cover. Ralfy and Kai give their thoughts on the divisive Joker standalone film. Staying in the realm of DC, 2021’s The Batman found its Selena Kyle/Catwoman in the talented and graceful Zoe Kravitz. The Stoop Kids also congratulate Tyler Perry and Kevin Feige for their most recent accomplishments and ponder if Kanye can stick to a release date for his album. Joker comes out this week, which means The Stoop Kids are back to talk about their favorite movie villains again. This time however, the bad guys are superpowered as Ralfy, Kai, and G go through the best supervillains to ever grace the big screen. They’re also joined by Queens-based rap duo Dope Rebels who dispose some comic book movie knowledge of their own. Together, The Stoop Kids and Dope Rebels also discuss their excitement over Spider-man returning to the MCU and PS4’s The Last of Us Part II finally getting a release date. First things first, I know you read the title and no, not that kind of the casting couch. Now that your mind is out of the gutter, The Stoop Kids - joined by another special guest - decided to dedicate episode 17 to their favorite superhero castings. From the Superman and Batman era of the 70s and 80s to the more modern MCU, Ralfy, Kai, and G went through the best actors and actresses to ever don the iconic costumes of their beloved heroes. Before they got into it, the four discussed a return to The Matrix in the form of a new movie, the critical acclaim the Joker standalone film has been receiving, as well as if every action movie deserves a franchise of its own.
