We had Canes Stats in this week to talk about how they went from video games to Caniac.

And there was a lot of discussion around the issues that resulted in the Raanta being put on waivers. Whose fault was it? Was it the right move? How does this affect Raanta? How does this affect the team?

This might be our most in depth episode in a while, be sure to give it a go!

Thanks to Erin for joining us this week. It could have been kind of a downer episode but Erin was great as both a guest, and with her perspectives on the team right now.

Lots to unpack in this one and it's not all fun & games, but we try to cut to the heart of the concerns while being optimistic that the team can rebound and pull through this funk.

With the Canes about to start their west coast roadie, we had Collin from Home Ice Advantage on the show to talk about the week, and the change in his podcast format.

HIA is a daily 10ish minute look at the Canes, it's one of my top podcasts because it's easily digestible and Collin does a great job stepping back and getting to the heart of things. If you don't listen to him, give him a chance for sure.

We also talked about the 3rd pair and "4th" line, as well as the tendie situation. (Not Bojangles vs. Raisin' Canes) and our expectations as the Canes take on some solid teams this week.

This week we talked to Caniac Annie and her story: coming down from Long Island, transforming from Annie to Caniac Annie, STM, loves the team more than any player.

We also talked about last week's games/issues, and where we think the Canes will go from here.

Steve Kiesa joins us. An in-game Director for the Hurricanes, Steve is one of the folks who brings you all the entertainment that happens off the ice for the Canes.

We talk about Steve's transition to Caniac being from upstate NY, his job with the Canes, his favorite player, and more.

We also do a quick roundup of the roadie, and prepare to finish it up in Tampa before hopefully seeing Svechnikov at home against the Kraken.

The Storm Cellar welcomes Andy T to the program; a longtime Caniac since the teams' inception, and with a great eye for detail.
