Does intimacy always come easy or does it sometimes feel like you have to weather the storm?  While there are many beautiful and wonderful elements to intimacy in a marriage, there are also many traps that we can fall into.  These traps almost always show up in the way that we think about intimacy.

Often, when I start working with a client and we begin the process of challegning their thinking about intimacy, the emotional floodgates open.  They can experience a wide variety of emotions, like regret when they think "I wish I had known some of this sooner" or even hope when they think "I can see how these thoughts make a big difference."
