Mademoiselle Ernestine Fluff, the Camp Clown, holds a financial brain trust meeting to boost camp capital, where Finance Minister Carter Newport has an idea. Mrs. Ullengaard makes an important discovery.
Mrs. Anna Ullengaard begins her mission at Heidelberg, where she is ushered in by Camp Commandant Obersturmbannfuhrer Klaus Schnoodlenoodle – the eccentric son of the right-hand man to Joseph Goebbels at the Propaganda Ministry. As she meets a few guards and prisoners and learns of the theatrical history of the camp, Klaus himself learns of some devastating news. Meanwhile, the arrival of a new prisoner sends shockwaves through the camp.
