Using a defined and consistent structure - even something as simple as 'how it was, how it changed, how it is now' - can ensure that storytelling is persuasive instead of confusing. 

In this episode, I talk about this structure, as well as the use of story arcs to keep the flow of a story going, and make sure that nothing is left out of a story, and that nobody who should be included in the story, is excluded.
