Today’s episode poses the question: what is my biggest fear? What is that one thing that I have been avoiding looking at my whole life? The reason I’ve created this shield of armor around myself?

I’m about to embark on a journey that has me anxious and filled with extreme fear. After spending some time journaling, I’ve decided to pick up the microphone and try and articulate what is taking place inside of me.
