  • 24. How to change the paradigm of mistrust and jealousy with Shaina Conners
Today, my guest is Shaina Conners who is a co-creator of Global Sisterhood, a revolution of sisterhood helping women heal, evolve and rise into leadership through women’s circles and ritual.
Shaina is also a co-host of The Time of the Feminine Podcast, a show that inspires and is here to help us heal from the patriarchal mindsets, rise into our feminine power, and be leaders in a movement that's transforming the world.
Shaina and I discuss what it’s really like working with women. How competition, jealousy and judgement is so very real and prevalent amongst women, from years of conditioning. We talk about our own troubles and tribulations and our own learning curves with working with women with the intention and deep desire to change this paradigm of mistrust and have true communion with women.
Shaina is a systems master, her brain is full-vision, full picture for creating a better future both for herself and humanity. She is a yogini of 15 years, meditator, and passionate do-gooder. She spent many years studying the business world, working in high-finance and venture capital. After studying the mass systems and working amongst brilliant leaders that were failing to remember the earth, longevity and long-term systems she turned to remembering her true nature, and found Global Sisterhood.

  • 23. How not to set boundaries
Setting boundaries.... what a wonderful, icky, sticky topic to explore. There's so much talk on setting boundaries, on self love and self respect, yet I feel we don't quite understand how to properly set boundaries, why we set boundaries and how to communicate our boundaries.
Follow along as I contemplate on this topic and let me know your thoughts.
As always, thank you so much for your support and listening ears. 🙏🏽

  • 21. Meet your shadow with Lauren Shields
“The healing journey may start off with changing our thoughts to being more positive, affirming our greatness, and more self care, but to fully love and accept oneself requires meeting and healing our shadow.”
Psychologist Carl Jung first described the shadow as the unconscious and disowned parts of our personalities that EGO fails to see, acknowledge, and accept. Subconsciously, we walk through life projecting our wounds onto our relationships and situations that we experience, seeing them only through the lens of these hidden parts of ourselves that we don’t even know exists. Have a habit, behavior, or pattern you just can’t shake? It may be because you’ve got an old story planning in your shadow, constantly guiding you to recreate past trauma that you’ve experienced.
In today's episode, my friend Lauren Shields shares her wisdom and practices to helping you meet your shadow. If you feel called to dive deeper into this work, you can sing up for Lauren's virtual course here:

  • 20. Grief - the doorway to Heaven Pt. 1
In today's episode, I'm reflecting on my experience in Costa Rica. I was inspired to pick up the mic and start talking and some of it may not make total sense and it's quite chaotic, but I don't seem to be able to organise these thoughts into a more presentable form and something within wants to share this in its purest form, un-edited, un-touched and imperfect.
I trust that the message that's most relevant to your life will somehow make it through for you and that an energetic shift can happen that will allow for more heart opening and expansion.
    With love,
    Heni

You may have heard it said that the inner is the outer. What does that really mean? Are we able to bend reality to mirror the fears in our minds? Listen in to see how I did just that - sabotaged myself in order to keep my fears from being exposed, the truth being spoken.
In what ways do you create your reality and limit yourself to keep feeding this monster - the fear, the lie, from being exposed?
