This episode is all about Inner Child Healing. Part 1 focused on defining each part of Inner Child Healing and the building blocks we will use today in part 2 to look at what practical applications that you can use to start healing yourself. We will talk about building trust with ourselves and identifying what behaviors we have brought with us into adulthood and where they came from. We also talk about the needs you had that were not met and how to reparent yourself to meet those needs. Finally, we will go over a couple of exercises you can do to start tapping into your child self and heal.
