I learned this the hard way.

For years, I was executing the “right” Real Estate strategy… according to everyone else. Flip. Sell. Reinvest. Repeat. And I got good at it.

But what I actually wanted was time freedom and long-term equity. And the strategy I was copying wasn’t aligned with that.

There’s nothing wrong with flipping or running a Real Estate business. But if you don’t get clear on whether you want today money, retirement money, or both, you can wake up years later realizing you built something that doesn’t serve you.
