It’s rivalry game day in Nebraska. Jacob Bigelow opens the show by giving his thoughts on the state of the Nebraska vs. Creighton rivalry, talks about the fact that both men’s basketball head coaches really acknowledged the Jaysker thing this week and gives some general thoughts on both basketball matchups between the two schools today. Bigelow is then joined by Creighton beat writer Jon Walker from the Omaha World Herald to preview and discuss both Nebraska vs. Creighton matchups.

Jacob Bigelow is back from Sioux Falls and his return trip to the Sanford Pentagon. He opens the podcast by recapping Nebraska's loss to Saint Mary's 77-74 and waxing a little poetic about the Pentagon as a venue. Bigelow is then joined by Jacob Padilla of Hurrdat Sports to talk some more about Sunday's game in Sioux Falls. While it certainly does not feel like it, its Nebraska vs. Creighton week x2, so Bigelow and Padilla then preview both Nebraska vs. Creighton basketball games scheduled for Friday in Omaha. College basketball season is right around the corner and Jacob Bigelow is back with thoughts on Nebraska's intrasquad scrimmage this past weekend at the Bob Devaney Sports Center in Lincoln. The summer series roles on, this time Jacob Bigelow welcomes SEC associate commissioner for men's basketball Garth Glissman. Garth's story is a very unique one. A native Nebraskan, in college he was a walk-on basketball player and quarterback at Nebraska. What happened after he graduated law-school is a great story. Now, after working for the NBA for 7 years, Garth is now entering his second season overseeing men's basketball for the SEC. Discussion topics include: Garth's basketball origin story, going from a volunteer high school head coach to working for the NBA, traveling to SEC towns, coaches in the SEC, building a conference schedule, when did the switch flip with high school basketball in Nebraska, and more.
