              • Take a step back when something goes bad
                • consider the problem as if it didn't happen to you
                • Do the same when something goes well
                  • analyze why it went well
                  • remember that this isn't the best thing that will ever happen to you.
                    • this might never happen
                    • Have empathy for yourself as you would for others
