If you’ve been stuck in the cycle of restarting every Monday, emotionally eating every weekend, and telling yourself you want confidence while living completely opposite of it, this episode is your wake up call. The reason you still haven’t lost the weight is not because you need another motivational quote, a better morning routine, or more hype. You need standards.
In this episode, we break down the difference between the girl who lives based on feelings and the woman who leads herself no matter what. One girl says “I’ll workout if I’m motivated,” turns one bad meal into a three day spiral, and keeps romanticizing the goal body without accepting the discomfort required to build it. The other keeps promises to herself, trains even when she’s tired or emotional, stops treating every craving like an emergency, and asks one powerful question every day: “Does this align with the woman I said I’m becoming?”
We’re talking about the real reason some women transform and others stay stuck. It’s not genetics, motivation, or having more time. It’s identity. It’s standards. One woman reacts to life while the other decides who she is and moves accordingly.
This episode dives into the uncomfortable truth that most women are addicted to temporary comfort while still wanting elite confidence, elite energy, and an elite body. We unpack what becoming “THAT BITCH” actually means: building self trust, emotional regulation, discipline, and leadership over yourself. Because the weight loss is never just about the weight. It’s the external proof of an internal transformation.
You’ll also learn what ruthless standards look like in real life: hitting workouts when life feels messy, prioritizing protein, walking daily, ending the all or nothing spiral, protecting your sleep, saying no to temporary dopamine, and choosing your future self over your current comfort.
This is the episode that will challenge you to stop waiting for motivation and start becoming the woman you envy. The woman with grounded confidence, undeniable energy, strong habits, and a body that reflects her standards.
You do not need another fresh start. You need standards so high that your old habits no longer fit your identity.
THAT BITCH doesn’t wait to feel motivated. She moves because she decided who she is.
Everything is changing right now. In this episode, I’m opening up about stepping into a completely new chapter of adulthood through moving, growing, taking on more responsibility, and realizing that the life I once prayed for is finally here.
We’re talking about what it feels like to outgrow old versions of yourself, leave behind what’s familiar, and navigate the emotional weight of building a bigger life. From the excitement of expansion to the reality of bills, stress, uncertainty, and identity shifts, this episode is an honest conversation about becoming someone new in real time.
If you’ve ever felt excited and terrified at the same time, if you know you’re being called into a bigger season but feel scared to leave the comfort of the old one behind, this episode is for you.
This is about learning that confidence isn’t built before change, it’s built through it. Maybe adulthood is really just learning to trust yourself with the life you once dreamed about.
You’re doing the workouts. You’re trying to stay consistent. You want to feel confident in your body so why does it still feel like something isn’t clicking?
You don’t need more motivation you need an identity shift. If you keep starting over, doubting yourself, or waiting to feel ready you’re missing key pieces of the woman you’re trying to become.
In this episode, I’m breaking down the 4 identities that make up the Strong and Sexy Woman the Discipline Diva, the Unshakable Self, the Sunshine State, and the Anchored Being.
This isn’t about doing more it’s about becoming the woman who naturally shows up that way. If you’ve been feeling inconsistent, stuck in your head, or like you’re missing that it factor this episode will help you see exactly where your gap is and how to start stepping into her.
Find your gap, fix it, and finally become the woman who actually follows through.

This episode is for the person who didn’t grow up in a healthy household and feels like they are playing catch up now.
The habits you have around food, movement, and discipline did not come from nowhere. They were learned. They were shaped by your environment, by what was available, by what felt normal at the time. And when life happens, when things get hard, those patterns can get even more ingrained.
I open up about my own experience growing up, how things shifted in my family, and how those habits followed me into adulthood. But more importantly, I talk about the moment everything changed.
The moment you realize you are the adult in the room now.
This is where most people either stay stuck in the story of I didn’t grow up this way, or they decide to take ownership and build something different. Not perfectly, but intentionally.
We talk about what it actually looks like to break the cycle, to rebuild your habits, and to create a new normal that aligns with the life you want and the future you see for yourself.
Because this is bigger than just you.
This is about the environment you are creating for your future family. This is about raising kids who understand balance, who don’t attach guilt to food, who grow up with a healthy relationship with their body.
You didn’t choose your environment growing up, but you do get to choose what happens next.
And if you are ready to stop repeating patterns and start rebuilding them, this is your moment.

This is the journey that led me to create the 90 Day Bikini Body Challenge. In this episode I open up about my struggles with body image growing up and how that followed me through high school, college, and even into grad school. I talk about the different phases from hiding in high waisted styles and one pieces to finally stepping into a string bikini with confidence and owning how I looked and felt.
This is not just about a physical transformation. It is about the discipline it took to shift my mindset, build habits that actually supported me, and stop shrinking myself. I share the real behind the scenes moments from stepping on the scale for the first time, to trying on a bikini and feeling uncomfortable, to working through doubt and continuing anyway. Those moments are what built the confidence I have today.
This journey is what inspired me to help other women do the same. Because confidence is not something you wait for, it is something you build through discipline, through showing up, and through keeping promises to yourself even when it feels hard. If I can build this confidence and feel hot in my bikini, so can you. You are capable of more than you realize.
If you are ready to start your journey, my 90 Day Bikini Body Challenge is designed to help you feel hot and confident this summer.
Welcome to The Strong and Sexy Show. This is the podcast for women who know there is more inside of them. More strength. More confidence. More leadership. More life.
This is where we talk about body transformation, self trust, identity, and becoming the woman who can actually hold the life she says she wants. Because strong is not just how you train. Sexy is not how you look. It is who you become.
In today’s episode, we are getting real about what it actually means to own your hotness. Because anyone can put on a bikini, but feeling confident, bold, and fully expressed in it is next level.
We dive into why confidence matters just as much as fat loss or muscle tone and how the smallest daily habits shape the way you see your body. You will learn how to stop hiding, stop shrinking, and start showing up in a way that turns heads, not because of perfection but because of presence.
I also share real examples from women inside the challenge who are stepping into this version of themselves, along with my own journey of learning how to stop covering up and finally feel powerful in my own skin.
This episode is your reminder that you are not just trying to look good. You are learning how to feel good, unapologetically, in your body.
If you are ready to finally feel hot in your bikini, DM me to join the 90 Day Bikini Body Challenge.

Stop sabotaging your summer confidence before it even starts.
In this episode, we’re calling out the exact mistakes that keep you stuck every single year as summer approaches. From skipping meals and falling into crash diets, to chasing every new trend instead of sticking to what actually works, it’s time to break the cycle. We’re also diving into the workouts that aren’t serving your goals and why doing more isn’t always the answer.
But it’s not just physical. The mental patterns are just as important. Comparing yourself, shrinking yourself, and waiting for motivation to magically show up… it’s all keeping you from the body and confidence you actually want.
I’m also taking you behind the scenes of my own journey. The summers I struggled, the mistakes I made, and how I finally created a sustainable approach that changed everything for me and now for my clients.
Because this isn’t about being perfect. It’s about being consistent. It’s about showing up differently this time.
You’ve done the reps. You’ve tried the fads. Now it’s time to take control and finally feel hot in your bikini.
If you’re ready to stop starting over and actually build confidence that lasts, this is your sign to join my 90 Day Bikini Body Challenge.

“Just because it’s hard doesn’t mean it’s wrong.”
If you’ve been feeling like everything is heavy, slow, and harder than it should be, this episode is for you. The season where it feels like you’re walking through mud is often the exact season where everything is changing beneath the surface. Growth doesn’t always feel powerful at first, it feels frustrating, quiet, and invisible.
In this episode, we talk about what it really means when things feel hard, why resistance doesn’t mean you’re failing, how consistency compounds even when you can’t see it yet, and how God is often working the most in the silence long before the breakthrough ever reveals itself.
You’re not stuck, you’re strengthening. And if you’re still showing up, even when it feels like nothing is working, that matters more than you think.
This message is for the woman who is right on the edge of quitting, but hasn’t yet.
Stay the course.
You don’t need to do this alone, the community changes everything. If this episode feels like it’s speaking directly to you, this is the work I do with my private clients. If you’re done trying to figure this out alone and you’re ready to become the woman who actually holds the body and life she wants, you can find the link in the show notes or message me on IG @juliaamaryy
If your life feels chaotic, it is usually not because you lack motivation. It is because your rules are unclear.
In this episode, we talk about the power of personal standards and the simple rules that can completely shift the direction of your life. The truth is, discipline creates freedom. When you live by clear principles, you stop negotiating with excuses and start building the life you actually want.
Inside this conversation, I break down the five rules that can transform how you show up every single day. Keeping promises to yourself. Doing the hard thing first. Refusing to negotiate with excuses. Choosing discipline over fleeting motivation. And ultimately building a life you do not need to escape from.
This episode is for the woman who craves simplicity, strength, and leadership in her own life. The woman who knows she is meant to live with more intention, more structure, and more self respect.
Because real freedom is not the absence of rules.
Real freedom comes from better boundaries.
And these are the exact principles we live by inside my programs.
