Almost ten years ago, Natalie made a decision that changed everything: she asked for help getting sober.
In this episode, Natalie opens up about her recovery from drugs and alcohol. She shares what it took to reach out that first time, and the day years into sobriety when she broke down and realized staying sober wasn’t enough. She needed more to truly be okay.
We talk about walking away from relationships and old versions of yourself, how fitness became a pillar of her recovery, and why she believes serenity, not happiness, is the real goal. Natalie is honest, funny, and proof that hope exists even when things are really bad.
Her message is simple: it’s okay to not be okay. And if you’re afraid, do it scared, but do it anyway.
Content note: this episode includes discussion of addiction, eating disorders, and depression. If you’re struggling, you’re not alone. Call or text 988 to reach the Suicide & Crisis Lifeline.
In this episode, I sit down with my mom to talk about her life, the real story, not the highlight reel. We go through the trauma she carried, the number of times she had to start completely over, and how she learned to set boundaries most people never get taught. This isn't a polished comeback story. It's what resilience actually looks like when you're in it, messy, exhausting, and worth it. If you've ever had to rebuild yourself from scratch, this one's for you.
As always, no edits, unfiltered.
What does it actually mean to be a strong woman?
In this inaugural episode, Adrienne, Danielle, and Hannah sit down for real conversations about strength, the physical kind, the mental kind, and everything in between.
We introduce ourselves, share what brought us here, and dive into what being strong actually looks like when you strip away the noise.
No scripts. No BS. Just three women talking about what we've learned, what we're still figuring out, and why this matters. If you're ready for honest conversations about fitness, health, mindset, and life, you're in the right place. Welcome to The Strong Women Project.
