When we set about to change our way of thinking it is not uncommon for us to experience a sense of struggle between the mind and the body.  Listen as Mary Ellen uses the story in Genesis of Jacob and Esau as metaphor for the inward struggle we may feel between the inner and the outer aspects of our being. We collectively are a Spiritual Being currently having physical expression.
