Yes, I admit it. I have an addiction, it's not one I am proud of, nor ashamed of, it just is. I've been battling it my entire life. I have a very unhealthy relationship with food. It's an addiction. For those of you who don't battle weight issues do to overeating, that's cool, I appreciate you skipping over this because it's not your truth.
