Another Rambling episode where I sit and talk about myself. This time about what I believe I'm lacking for uptaining what I want.

I've started to notice that I find my inspiration in my daily life. From things I do to things I read. This time it was an episode in my life that inspired me to read a certain book where I learned something new, to coincidentally me picking up another audio book, which inspired me to read in to other books. I've learned a lot from it and I've found out that readikng is essential for learning and growing, which I will prioritize more. But in the end, it was all just a series of events in my life, that taught me a lot. Some because i seeked them, others by chance. Because there's a lesson to be learned in everything.

First of all, it's a harsh title I know that, but I think it's a good one, because I do something in the episode which is very vulnerable. I share a recording I did an eevening before bed, where I was very miserable. I recorded it, and that recording is being played in the episode, and it was the first time i listened to it. It was quite the experience. There where a lot of big feelings and some truths being spoken out loud. Enjoy!

So the original recording for this episode was without sound, so it was useless. This episode has the same topics with more. Quite interesting if you ask me and the episodes just keep getting better and better and I am considering to start lisetning to my own podcast haha.

I was inspired to make this episode about the what I posted on X beforehand. It did end up being about my longer lasting concusion though haha. But there are some details about it that i haven't told anyone so it is worth a listen!

So, for the first time, I sat and listened to the hole episode, which I've never done before. And i actually enjoyed it a lot, and laughed of my own jokes haha. I mean, if i don't who will haha.

I have escaped a lot into Video Games and fictional worlds because I did not like myself and my own life.

Now I've started really enjoying my own life and I don't need Video Games anymore. I encourage you to escape into your own life, becasue it is so much more satisfying and sustainable in the long-term!

I never liked dating apps. Only because they had some addiction elements were they fun to use. I stopped using them and I think your should to.
