Quiet time here is defined as no distractions, no disturbance, no people, no pets, no electronics no phone, TV or computer. A few minutes of undistracted, undisturbed quiet time for yourself, every day. In the context of this Mindset training, quiet time is an opportunity to take stock of where we are and receive inspiration by way of our Intuition on the next steps for where we are going, where we want to go. A few minutes of quiet time is an oasis in the middle of this frantic, always-on-the-go world.
