Some housekeeping notes!

We left Patreon about six weeks ago, which means everyone who was a subscriber there has gotten (at least) a full month of episodes here. We’re sending this one to all subscribers instead of paid subscribers just to make sure, but after this, the show will be for paid members only. Just FYI.

If you prefer to listen to the show via your podcast player (Apple, Spotify, whatever), you can do so via a private RSS link. But Substack makes it slightly tricky to find this, since they want you watching/listening it on their app. There’s a step-by-step here, but one key thing that they kind of elide: YOU HAVE TO DO THIS FROM YOUR DESKTOP/BROWSER. You cannot do it via the app (or on your phone, I don’t think). It’s annoying.

Anyway, FROM YOUR BROWSER click here, scroll down to “Private podcasts,” and click “Set Up.” Should look like this:

Then you can pick your preferred app and follow the instructions. It’s pretty straightforward.
