This episode takes a look at Prospera in Honduras, a so-called Free City. The technical term is ZEDE - Zone for Economic Employment and Development. I also discuss two other cities, Gurgaon in India and 1980s Spartanburg, S. Carolina in the USA.
Free Cities are cities without little to no government. In those cities, everything has to be voluntary and must respect property rights. Nail Houses are what occurs when people cannot use laws and regulations to re-locate people.
